What is the criteria for your investment opportunities?
Our opportunities must be in growth markets, provide positive cash-flow or have a high expectation to do so once the project is completed, have a strong appreciation potential, are turn-key or have a passive investment component for the investor, are newly built and in applicable situations, they are below market value.
How do I earn profit?
Our investors can earn a profit in several ways. In a typical scenario, and investor will receive quarterly interest payments on the funds they have loaned to the project. At the end of the project the investor will also receive a performance bonus based on the overall profit made by the project. Some investors will choose to have their initial investment ‘rolled over’ into the construction of a home to be used as a vacation rental property which will provide an ongoing stream of cashflow until the investor chooses to sell the home and property, further increasing their overall profit.
How do I know what the land is worth?
We use a certified appraiser to give us a complete analysis of the land and it’s value. The details of any appraisals can be provided upon request.
Why is an appraisal important?
AN appraisal is important because it is used to provide an accurate value of the land and it’s worth. This is essential should a problem arise with the project. Being secured against land that has a substantial value allows investors to recoup their invested funds should the project need to be sold.
